Reporting to the Learning and Development Team Leader, you'll develop and deliver programmes for teams across the business including inductions and departmental, product and systems training. You will also: - Identify, design and deliver training programmes and e-learning that meet current and future needs of the individual and business, carrying out post training evaluation. - Deliver effective induction and departmental training to all new starters as well as delivering the leadership programme - Gather data and translate it into actionable insight - Action enquiries and administrative tasks relating to the learning management system, handling any queries via email and telephone - Develop effective relationships with stakeholders across the business, ensuring that all colleagues have the right skills, knowledge and understanding to meet business needs. You have; - The ability to create engaging content across multiple media platforms - High levels of attention to detail - A natural and engaging communication style - Effective time management and prioritisation skills - It would be ideal if you have a CIPD Level 3 in Learning and Development or equivalent and experience in designing E-Learning material.
