We're on the lookout for a friendly and proactive Learning and Development Advisor to join our team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our employee development, from delivering training and keeping induction materials fresh, to managing our Chef Academy Apprenticeship Programme. If you love facilitating learning, have a knack for organisation, and want to make a real impact, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Be Doing:

  • Facilitating Training: You'll run engaging training sessions and workshops, helping employees grow and develop new skills.
  • Induction: You'll lead the induction process for new starters, making sure they have all the tools they need to succeed from day one. Plus, you'll keep induction materials up to date and relevant.
  • Managing the Chef Academy Apprenticeship Programme: You'll oversee the entire apprenticeship program, supporting our apprentice chefs as they learn and develop their careers. From coordinating their training to tracking their progress, you'll ensure the programme runs smoothly and meets our high standards.
  • Coordinating Learning Programs: You'll work with different teams to assess training needs and ensure everything runs like clockwork - from scheduling to participant communication.
  • LMS Administration: You'll be the expert on our Learning Management System (LMS), managing course enrolments and supporting employees with any issues they might have.
  • Creating Learning Content: Working with subject matter experts, you'll help develop and update learning materials to keep our training relevant and aligned with the latest trends.
  • Measuring Success: You'll track training participation, gather feedback, and report on the effectiveness of programs so we can keep improving.

    Experience in learning and development, with strong facilitation skills to lead engaging training sessions.
  • Experience running induction programs and making new employees feel welcome.
  • Familiarity with apprenticeship programs and experience managing or coordinating training initiatives.
  • Great organisational skills - you'll be managing multiple programs and keeping everything on track.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
