As we are a small team, the role holder must be able to work at all levels of L&D including the design, delivery and evaluation of learning, ideally in a variety of formats as well as the ability to work strategically and operationally with the ability to influence at all levels., CIPD Level 7, in L&D or related field or equivalent experience - Proven experience as an L&D BP or experience at a senior level in L&D
- Demonstrable experience of scoping, designing, delivering and evaluating Learning
- Proven experience in procuring training and managing external providers
- Proven experience in the use and or implementation of a Learning management system
- Experience analysing and interpreting data in order to make business decisions
- Strong MS Excel skills

Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager and working within the wider HR Team, the L&D Business Partner will be responsible for providing the strategic design and delivery of service critical learning and development in a Mental Health setting supporting wider HR Objectives and overall Business Goals. You will be leading on some of our main projects for the year ahead. This includes the implementation and rollout of a new LMS as well as delivering Companywide and Clinician Inductions.
