Full Job Description

The Learning & Development Coordinator (L&D Coordinator) will provide critical administrative support for the greater Talent team.
What you'll do:

  • Coordination and scheduling of all training, to include liaising with managers, employees, and suppliers to secure dates and materials.

  • Prepare and organise all training rooms prior to sessions and record and track employee attendance, updating employee files when applicable.

  • Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure all data is relevant and accurate.

  • Support recruitment efforts by scheduling candidate interviews and administering the psychometric assessment used for employee development.

    Previous experience working in a training coordinator, learning & development role, or administrative role or equivalent relevant experience.

  • Self-directed with the ability to prioritise own workload, and high attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

  • CIPD level 3 is advantageous but not required.

  • Retail or manufacturing industry experience is advantageous but not required.
