Are you passionate about learning and development? The People Team provides proactive advice and support to the School to help build an engaged workforce where all staff have the best employee experience in the way we recruit, work and lead. Our L&D Coordinator sits within the Talent team who are responsible for talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development and employee experience & engagement. Our aspiration is to enable all staff to thrive at LBS. As L&D Coordinator, you will provide excellent administration support to drive staff learning, growth, performance, and engagement. While you'll predominantly be focused on all things L&D, you'll also get exposure to talent management, employer wellbeing, and diversity, inclusion and belonging. This role is a fixed term contract until April 2026 and requires the candidate to be on campus every Monday and one or two other days per week due to role responsibilities.,
- Event management for learning and development courses
- Ensure smooth enrolment for new starters as well as run our new starter induction
- Track e-learning completion
- Liaising with third party suppliers, trainers, facilitators and coaches
- Manage workshop administration on our LMS
- Answer any initial Learning and Development enquiries via email
- Support the wider Talent Team with logistical support and general administrative support
Strong initiative and a keen eye for detail - Excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels
- Strong organisational skills with experience in multi-tasking
- Demonstrable administration experience, preferably within a learning and development or generalist human resources environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office packages
