Learning & Development Coordinator / Personal Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital to work in the Learning and Development Department. The successful candidate will support the smooth running of the Learning & Development department by administering and coordinating a range of training, learning and development initiatives, and providing a responsive service to our customers. The candidate will have responsibility as Personal Assistant to the Associate Director of Organisational Development & Learning.

The ideal candidate must be highly motivated; customers focused and have experience as an administrator or Personal Assistant. You will have experience in supporting the delivery of development programmes by being an administrative lead for a range of initiatives. Be a competent IT user with the ability to maintain staff learning records on a training database.
