Learning and Development Facilitator

The Learning and Development Facilitator role at Avery Healthcare focuses on driving performance and quality within their care homes through the delivery of quality-assured training to the team. The goal is to ensure the organization has a competent and compliant team to provide exceptional care to their residents., As the Learning and Development Facilitator, your responsibilities will include being the lead trainer for a cluster of homes, delivering a variety of training topics with a focus on statutory and mandatory training. You will also assist in identifying learning needs, follow appropriate governance and quality assurance structures, and ensure all learning interventions meet the diverse needs of learners.
