Learning and Development Facilitator

The role of a Learning and Development Facilitator at Avery Healthcare is to drive performance and quality within their care homes by delivering quality-assured training to the team. They will ensure that the staff are competent and compliant in order to provide exceptional care to the residents. The role involves being the lead trainer for a cluster of homes, delivering a variety of training topics with a focus on statutory and mandatory training., As a Learning and Development Facilitator, your responsibilities will include: being the lead trainer for a cluster of homes, delivering a variety of topic areas with a focus on statutory and mandatory training; assisting in the identification of learning needs by utilizing the LMS and working collaboratively with the wider L&D team and business operators; following appropriate governance and quality assurance structures for all learning and development activities; and ensuring that all learning interventions meet the diverse needs of learners, proactively taking an inclusive approach to ensure learning accessibility and outcomes for all learners.
