Learning and Development Facilitator

Avery Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning and Development Facilitator to join their award-winning team. This role is focused on driving performance and quality within their homes through the delivery of quality-assured training to their team, ensuring they have a competent and compliant workforce to provide exceptional care to their residents., As the Learning and Development Facilitator, you will be the lead trainer for a cluster of homes, delivering a variety of training topics with a focus on statutory and mandatory training. You will assist in identifying learning needs, follow appropriate governance and quality assurance structures, and ensure all learning interventions meet the diverse needs of learners. The role requires a full UK driver's license and own transport, a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or willingness to work towards it), a Moving and Handling Instructor Qualification, and experience in a care setting environment.
