Learning and Development Facilitator

The Learning and Development Facilitator role at Avery Healthcare is focused on driving performance and quality within the organization through the delivery of quality-assured training to the team. The successful candidate will ensure that Avery has a competent and compliant team to deliver exceptional care to its residents., As the Learning and Development Facilitator, you will be responsible for leading training sessions for a cluster of homes, focusing on statutory and mandatory topics. You will also identify learning needs using the Learning Management System, plan and design engaging learning courses and content, and facilitate interactive induction and refresher courses both face-to-face and virtually. Additionally, you will be responsible for accurately recording training sessions in the LMS and assessing learner knowledge, confidence, and understanding throughout the training process.
