Learning and Development Manager

The role will be working in the Learning and Development team, responsible for supporting the L&D strategy, developing the capability of our employees, embedding competencies into the organisation and designing and delivering training experiences.

Our Corporate office is situated 5 minutes from Southwark station you will have easy access to the vibrant South Bank and local amenities, however this role will be a mixture of working in the corporate office, working from home and attending other sites around the UK., You will be a member of the Learning and Development team working across the SYNLAB UK business and will be involved in supporting the learning and development strategy, designing and delivering training, curating and designing digital content, providing 1:1 coaching and psychometric feedback as required.

The role involves working closely with the Head of Learning and Development to deliver the strategy, developing the capability of managers and leaders, embedding the ACCE competencies into the business processes, implementing an appraisals process and working on other projects in line with the One SYNLAB approach.
