Learning & Development Manager

As Learning & Development Manager, you will be a key strategic partner in fostering a culture of continuous learning, excellence and belonging. You will design and implement transformational learning experiences that align with our organizational goals, prioritising people, teams, culture and performance across marketing, sales, and medical affairs., You will report directly to the Head of Learning & Development and collaborate with a wide range of influential leaders dedicated to excellence. Your key partners will include:

• Learning and Development community: sharing expertise and passion for employee thriving
• Sales and Marketing Leaders: Innovating strategies for enhanced performance.
• Medical Leaders: Elevating best practices in medical communication and engagement.
• Project Leads & Business Analytics Partners: Using insights to inform and iterate L&D strategies.
  
  To excel in this role, youll have a passion for people performance and development, a strong track record across a range of roles in Learning & Development, field force excellence and Sales and Marketing. Youll also have experience and insights into using Ai to augment performance.
