Overview : As our L&D NSO Training Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our new stores' training and operational excellence, ensuring we launch with impact. Reporting to the Senior L&D Manager, your mission is to deliver top-tier training and ensure teams are performance-ready from day one. You'll also lead key L&D projects, support BAU operations, and mentor a team of five dedicated trainers while aligning with our business strategy. This role is designed for someone with high-level NSO / L&D experience who's passionate about training, operational excellence, and project management. This role is pivotal, requiring a strategic leader with expertise in operational training, Learning & Development, a passion for delivering excellence, and strong project management skills. You will be a critical part of the business, ensuring our teams have the tools and support they need to succeed. Responsibilities :

  • Training & Execution : Oversee all aspects of training for new store openings, ensuring operational readiness and aligning training schedules with business objectives. Drive Operational Excellence : Lead efforts to enhance training programs, support BAU operations, and ensure store-level teams consistently achieve high standards. Manage Key L&D Projects : Take ownership of L&D-related projects, from planning to execution, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. Develop and Lead the Training Team : Manage and mentor a team of five trainers, ensuring they are empowered to deliver top-quality training and develop professionally. Team Readiness & Development : Ensure all store teams, including managers and crew, are fully prepared and trained to meet operational and performance goals. Continuous Improvement : Review post-training feedback and performance metrics regularly to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure our training programs evolve with the business's needs. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with operations, HR, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment of training programs with company strategy.

    Experience managing New Store Openings in a fast-paced retail or quick-service, A strong operational background with a proven ability to enhance store performance through effective training initiatives. Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams , with a focus on mentorship, growth, and driving performance. Proven project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
