We make it possible for millions of people to move money between buyers and sellers using our payments solutions for credit, debit, prepaid and merchant services., We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Learning and Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, onboarding, and training our new salesenablement team members, as well as providing ongoing support and coaching to the existing department. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the growth and success of our welcome teams. Benefits of being our Learning and Development Manager:

  • Responsibilities for our Learning and Development Manager:
  • Manage the onboarding process for new team members, including working with HR on background checks, coordinating training schedules, and ensuring a smooth integration into the team.
  • Develop and deliver engaging group training sessions that cover product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
  • Provide individual coaching and mentoring to team members to improve their sales skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.
  • Regularly assess and evaluate team members performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Create and update training materials, resources, and manuals to support ongoing learning and development initiatives.
  • Track and analyse training effectiveness through key performance metrics and adjust training programs as needed to drive results.
  • Ensure that all training and development activities adhere to company policies and industry regulations.

    Proven experience in learning and development, training, or coaching, preferably in a sales environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teammembers.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering training content and materials.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and training software.
  • Ability to conduct effective performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and bestpractices.
