Learning and Development Partner (Children's Residential)

We are seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Partner with a minimum of 3 years' experience working in residential children's services. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering training that empowers our staff to provide exceptional care. This role is not just about teaching; it's about sharing your first-hand knowledge and experiences to truly prepare our teams for the challenges and rewards of working with children in care.,

• Deliver comprehensive training on key topics, including safeguarding, emergency first aid, and our internal Pillars program, drawing on your experience in the field to ensure practical, impactful learning.
• Work collaboratively with our L&D team to design, organize, and evaluate training sessions that meet both regulatory standards and the specific needs of our staff.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to staff across our children's residential services.
• Stay current with legislation and best practices, ensuring our training materials are up-to-date and relevant.
