Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Program Manager to join our Capital Markets Group Learning and Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing learning and development initiatives to support the growth and success of our Capital Markets professionals.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Work with the L&D Partner for Capital Markets Group and key stakeholders to identify learning and development needs for the Capital Markets team.

  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs, including both technical and soft skills training.

  • Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate the success of learning initiatives.

  • Build and maintain relationships with external training providers and subject matter experts to enhance the learning experience.

  • Lead project teams responsible for the successful delivery of learning and development programs, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve our training offerings.

  • Regularly report on the progress of learning and development initiatives to key stakeholders.

  • Provide learning and operations support for scheduling, registrations, enrolment and attendance of learning

  • Manages updates to Learning Technology sites like SharePoint, Service Now, etc.

  • Assist with ongoing efficacy and analytics of all programs/participants to shape existing & new programs

  • Assists with the management of various L&D programs, including, but not limited to leadership development and facilitation of learning events

  • Monitors learning L&D programs and proactively engages with the population.

  • Serve as an operations partner for learning partners and product owners - manage training programs and content hosted in system

  • Serve as subject matter expert to learning professionals in the business and provide them with resources and training on effective use of the system

  • Work closely with the HR team to develop user knowledge through establishing procedures, guidelines and documentation

  • Monitor learning requests (either from our L&D Needs forms or Service Now) and work on resolutions or assign to SMEs as required

  • Produce, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools

  • Develops and or assists in communications to employees and other critical stakeholders like HR on learning events, programming, etc.

    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field., Demonstrable experience in learning and development, preferably in the commercial real estate industry with a focus on capital markets.

  • Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing learning and development programs.

  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.

  • Proficient in the use of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
