Full Job Description

We are seeking to recruit a dynamic, experienced, skilled and innovative Trainer Advisor, to join our Learning and Development Service, supporting the development and transformation of our workforce. The service is a large team of professional advisors, designing, commissioning, and delivering training across a wide range of specialist areas, including Leadership & Management, Personal Skills Development, Team Development, Change Management, Digital Skills and Adult Social Care, via a blend of delivery methods. We support a hybrid approach to working in the office and at home and you will be expected to be able to travel to sites across North Northamptonshire to deliver services direct to our customers, as and when required. This post is being offered for maternity leave cover and is on a 6-9 month fixed term basis.What will you be doing? You will successfully design and implement interactive, challenging and stimulating learning content, utilising appropriate technologies. You will be contributing and supporting the development and delivery of learning and development programmes. You will deliver both corporate and bespoke programmes to meet customer requirements. You'll be delivering and evaluating face to face and online learning interventions, including the development of course materials, user guides and exercises to aid learning.

You will be passionate about developing people, with a proven track record in the design and delivery of learning and development programmes and particularly business systems projects, providing innovative blended learning solutions. You will be proficient in the use of technology, have excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with experience of working to influence and introduce new approaches.
