Learning & Development Trainer Salary: Up to A£30,870 per annum + Car Allowance Hours: 35 hours per week (Hybrid working with travel across England) Are you passionate about improving the quality of care and support through effective training? About the Role: In this role, you will design and deliver training sessions that empower staff members to provide the best possible care. Your contribution will be integral to ensuring that the highest standards of support are maintained across all services. You will:
- Create and deliver engaging learning experiences, including mandatory and developmental training.
- Enhance the capabilities of staff to deliver superior care to individuals with brain injuries.
- Travel to various locations, experiencing firsthand how your training supports both frontline staff and the individuals we care for.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of our team, helping shape the future of neurorehabilitation services. What We're Looking For: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated trainer with the following skills and experience:
- Relevant qualifications such as PTLLS, Cert in Education, CIPD, or equivalent.
- Experience in designing and delivering learning interventions in a healthcare or social care setting (experience in neurorehabilitation is a plus).
- Knowledge of the health and social care sector with a focus on brain injuries or similar conditions is advantageous, though not essential.
- A creative and engaging approach to training delivery, with the ability to adapt content to suit diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and inspire staff at all levels. Benefits Package:
