Full Job Description

(22.5 hours per week/52 weeks per year)

Fixed term contract for 12 months or earlier/later if required by the period of maternity cover

38 days paid holiday per year pro rata

The LEAP role is a key driver for quality improvement and student/apprentice success. The role provides a holistic wrap around service that effectively prepares students for their destinations, which will enable them to be successful in their future lives and careers.

This will include mentoring students to enable them to learn well and progress in all aspects of development, including personal, social, educational, employability skills, physical and mental health and wellbeing and working closely with curriculum to ensure that students aspirations are raised. This exciting and rewarding role will put you at the heart of supporting and challenging our students and apprentices to achieve.
