Learning Facilitator

As a Learning Facilitator, you play a vital role in the success of our students by supporting the development of study skills, creating tailored resources, and maintaining accurate documentation for those with identified Learning Difficulties and/or Disabilities.

Ideal candidates will have experience supporting individuals in educational or care settings, working with students with diverse learning difficulties and/or disabilities, and recent administrative experience in an office environment, alongside the following qualifications:

• Educated to Level 3 (A level or equivalent) standard


• Level 3 Award in Education and Training


• Good standard of General Education to including Maths and English at Level 2.
  
  The Bedford College Group was formed in 2017 following the merger of Bedford College and Tresham College and is now the largest provider of education in the South East Midlands, with over 15,000 students passing through our doors each year.
