LEARNING FACILITATOR (TO SUPPORT ON A 1:1 BASIS)

£21,017 - £25,154 per annum (Actual Salary) Pay Award Pending

34.84 hour per week Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 4.00 pm Friday 8.30 am to 3.00 pm

LEARNING FACILITATOR (TO SUPPORT ON A 1:1 BASIS)

£7,241 - £8,194 per annum (Actual Salary)

12 hours per week Wednesday to Friday 9.00 am to 3.00 pm

To support teachers to inspire, motivate and challenge providing a high quality learning experience for all pupils leading to expected progress or better.
To manage behavior effectively to ensure a safe learning environment and provide High
Quality Pastoral Support and guidance that promotes personal development and the welfare of students.
To be pro active in supporting the Attendance of students in your tutor group.
Contributing to whole Academy improvement through supporting policies & initiatives
