Learning Leader of Business and Economics

Required for January 2025 or Easter 2025. We are seeking to appoint a passionate, well qualified, dynamic teacher and Learning Leader of Business and Economics who is keen to develop both their teaching and leadership skills in a successful all through community school that will provide great support and encouragement. You will need to be an enthusiastic, aspirational professional with a proven and successful track record of driving change, leading other professionals and ensuring that the best possible outcomes are achieved for all learners.

Business and Economics are hugely popular and successful subjects at Seven Kings. The department teaches AQA Economics at A Level and Pearson Business at GCSE. There are currently 3 specialist Economics and Business teachers who share the aim to teach how business works in real-life and how economic policy drives world finance. The team does this by creating a trusting, collaborative learning environment through their passion and love for the subject and for their craft and by providing the highest standards of learning and teaching for our young people. Examination results are strong, reflecting the department's commitment to learning and teaching.
