WHAT TO EXPECT This is a dynamic role, with the projects and focus areas evolving as the business does, working on a quarterly planning cycle with leadership teams to identify and agree priorities. You'll then create innovative solutions ensuring the needs of our people are prioritised, to create exceptional experiences which may be learning solutions, knowledge sharing or improvements to our ways of working and operating, both within the immediate team and more broadly across other people chapter teams that lead on learning and development type initiatives.,
- Manage the development, design and creation of learning solutions aligned to key strategic objectives, cultural and/or behavioural change - such as Sustainability, Feedback, Performance Transformation etc.
- Engage with other teams in the People chapter that have learning and development products/ownership (Leadership, DE&I, Wellbeing, H&S etc) to create a joined up approach to planning and execution of learning programmes and initiatives
- Working with the learning enablement leads and People Chapter project teams to develop the learning infrastructure and support services in line with the People chapter planning framework
- Manage key projects (inc. resources, budgets, timings) as part of the People chapter planning process, ensuring projects that have cross-functional and/or financial needs are identified in a timely manner and fed into the process via the necessary forums
- Focus on the experiences we create for our people, and the moments that matter along the employee journey, to develop the most relevant and engaging solutions
Previous experience of working in similar role with a proven track record of delivery of successful people capability development programmes and/or solutions - ideally focussed on behavioural and cultural change - Experience led, putting the user at the centre of the design process, ensuring that solutions are effective and timely in their execution and create a memorable, value add experience
- Experience of managing, leading and developing teams (without direct managerial authority) to successful outcomes
- Strong work and time management skills, not official project management, but managing multiple workstreams to different timelines and outcomes
- Strong track record of successful Stakeholder Management, specifically the ability to confidently advise and influence senior stakeholders to new ways of thinking, approaching learning
