Full Job Description

A clear understanding of the issues facing young people is required. The role is to engage students who are deemed at risk, have disengaged or have attendance or behaviour issues. The aim of the role is to reduce their barriers to learning through making appropriate referrals and monitoring behaviour and attendance levels to ensure that they remain on programme. Thinking outside the box to encourage re-engagement is required as well as a working knowledge of relevant college systems.

Educated to a relevant L3 qualification or equivalent is essential together with strong IT skills and GCSEs at grades A-C in English & Maths (or 4-9).
