Full Job Description

The Trust pays full regard to 'Keeping Children Safe in Education' guidance 2024. We ensure that all appropriate measures are applied in relation to everyone who works for the Trust who is likely to be perceived by the children as a safe and trustworthy adult including volunteers and staff employed by contractors. You will have previous experience in a supportive or caring role (paid or voluntary), with a relevant qualification or equivalent experience. You will be a great communicator who is adept at building effective relationships. But above all, you will have an enthusiasm for helping people with autism to thrive., To be considered for this role, you will also need to be able to demonstrate a desire for improving pupil outcomes (including those of high aspiration and vision). You will be confident to support a range of subjects in a small group and across various levels of academic ability.
