Full Job Description
You will work as part of the wellbeing team, offering support to key students. Most of your time will be spent meeting with students and supporting their social and emotional development. You will act as a point of contact for any wellbeing related concerns. You will also liaise with teachers and external professionals, to ensure individualised support is effective and results in improved outcomes for students. Main Responsibilities
- Regular meetings with key students
- Provide individual support to develop wellbeing and mental health
- Monitor progress and document this electronically
- Collaborate with parents, staff and external professionals
Ability to work as part of a team - Compassionate and patient
- Excellent listening skills
- Background in mental health support Desirable Criteria
- Experience working in an SEMH setting
- Mental Health qualifications
