Full Job Description

30 Hours per week, Term time only plus Inset days, Permanent - Required to start as soon as possible

Learning mentors at The Wren help students develop coping strategies, enhance their motivation, raise their aspirations and encourage them to engage as happy and confident learners.

Working alongside other colleagues in school, learning mentors advocate for young people in order to improve their outcomes.

With a flexible approach and sense of humour, they look for opportunities to demonstrate to young people that they belong, that they matter and that they can trust the adults around them to support them to be their very best.

The successful candidate will be forward thinking, able to work independently as well as part of a team and be willing to invest time in building relationships with our students. You do not need a specific qualification to apply for this role and we value experience gained from both employment in education and other careers., Disability Confident
