Full Job Description
The Learning team at JPMorgan Chase drives proactive, skills-based learning strategies across the enterprise and is now re-organizing learning delivery into various 'Skills Academies.' This approach emphasizes the importance of developing specific skills through scalable solutions across our lines of business and functions. Within each Skill Academy, our vision is for multi-modal learning to be organized into relevant learning domains that will ultimately streamline access to domain-specific learning content, improve the employee experience, and drive tangible business impact. As an Learning Partner - Vice President within Learning team, you will be responsible for devising, leading and executing our Fraud and Financial Crime line of business learning strategy that emphasizes our learning culture and drives employee's engagement with learning. You will operate in an agile development environment, constantly striving for improvement, fast iterations, data-centric decisions, and collaboration across the franchise. You will report to Head of ICB Global Learning working in close partnership with business leadership and Human Resources. Role may require domestic travel and potentially some international travel. Job responsibilities
- Design, and execute the Fraud and Financial Crime learning strategy, with key focus on aligning to the business goals as they relate to foundational skills and knowledge, with identified measurable outcomes
- Partner with senior leaders in the business to identify foundational gaps, then prioritize and align to solutions within new-hire, continuing education, and manager development
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth mindset, where skill progression is top of mind for the organization
- Oversee the design and delivery of best-in-class training programs leveraging subject matter experts (SMEs) within the business, and provide ongoing coaching and development to SMEs to drive continuous improvement
- Measure outcomes and evaluate business impact of solutions; learn and iterate to continually improve and adapt to changing circumstances
- Manage team to execute comprehensive new-hire and continuing education programs with a keen focus on process improvement and digitization
- Deliver ongoing updates to senior leaders in the business, focusing on strategic outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements related to learning and development
Bachelor's degree - Extensive experience in Human Resources/Learning Development space
- Creative visionary with a passion for learning and professional development with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts while leading a team
- Proven presentation and communication skills at all levels of the organization including the ability to quickly gain credibility with senior level management; proven influencing skills
- Robust experience in learning and/or talent development with Inclusive leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate and build strategic relationships, in a highly matrixed organization at all levels
- Experience with agile ways of working and the ability to promote an agile mindset
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning technologies Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in Financial Services and/or Operational-focused industries
- Master's degree
