Learning and Quality Coordinator

The Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Learning and Quality team at Sparsholt College Group as the area's Learning and Quality Coordinator. You will be a vital team member and will be joining a dynamic and evolving department that is supporting the wider College on its journey to outstanding. The post holder will be responsible for a range of Learning and Quality-based processes including the administration management of the College's Quality Assurance mechanisms to ensure learners receive an outstanding learning experience.

The post-holder will also organise, implement and monitor the administration, co-ordination and the preparation of systems including but not limited to staff and learner surveys, assessment verification (internal and external), approvals for new qualifications and quality-based action plans arising from centre-based assessment processes. The post-holder can choose whether they wish to work at the Sparsholt (Winchester) or Andover campus.
