HMP & YOI Bronzefield is the largest women's prison in Europe which accommodates a diverse and complex population of women from restricted Status women who require the highest levels of security, women on remand (Who are often experiencing custody for the first time), as well as supporting women with chronic mental health conditions.We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning and Skills administratorto join our team,In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth administration and coordination of qualifications and assessments.Your duties will include providing general administrative support across various Learning & Skills areas, actively recruiting prisoners for job roles, and liaising with prison departments to capture all regime data.You will also track and record prisoner progression achievements and produce weekly performance reports for the Senior Leadership Team.Join Sodexo and be part of something greater. purpose and thrive in your own way.For more information on Sodexo Careers please visit Sodexo CareersMain ResponsibilitiesInputting qualification data into national databasesChecking prior learning via the Learner Record ServiceHandling employment queries and monitoring employment percentagesProducing statistical reports and conducting monthly quality checksMeeting regularly with work areas to discuss progressImproving the prisoner employment allocation processAuthorising prisoner pay sheets and maintaining recordsEnsuring efficient administrative support and compliance with relevant policiesProviding performance reports and taking minutes when requiredCovering staff absences and participating in necessary trainingPlease see attached job description for further information regarding the role requirementsThe Ideal CandidateEssentialAdministrative experienceAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong workload management and prioritisation skillsProficient in Microsoft Word and
