Full Job Description

As a Netex LSM you will ensure our customers are set up for success by working in partnership with them throughout their entire customer journey.

The day-to-day will include engaging with various customer stakeholders to understand their business needs and guide them in selecting the right platform
solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to design integrated digital learning solutions that support business development efforts. Our LSM's lead
client onboarding, managing all stakeholders and ensuring a smooth setup, training, and launch process.

  • Experience in Engagement Management, LMS implementation Familiarity with e-Learning Industry

  • consulting, Senior Customer Success Management, or Project
    Management
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or

  • Data Studio.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry

  • Spanish & English speaking

  • Basic understanding of Agile methodology

  • Personal Attributes:
  • Good knowledge of enterprise technologies and systems like LDAP,

  • SSO, CRM, ERP, or HRIS.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills


  • Understanding of user/platform administration and technologies in e- Personable and approachable

  • learning environments: LMS, SCORM/xAPI, LRS, LXP for example.
  • Motivated and proactive

  • Experience in planning and organization, especially in project
    management
  • Ability to function as part of a team
