Learning Support Assistant

We are looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant to work alongside our children in the classroom, to help them access the teaching and learning and achieve their full potential. In addition, the role will include working with small groups of children under the guidance of the class teacher and Inclusion Leader to deliver teaching interventions. This is initially a fixed term contract until 31st August 2025, but may be extended beyond this depending on funding.

Contract: Term time plus all INSET days

Hours: 32.5 hours per week

8:30 - 15:30 Mon to Fri (with 15 minute break in the morning and 30 minutes for lunch)

Salary: SP3 £25,262 FTE (£19,418.61 pro rata)

Start Date: 30th September or as soon as possible after this date
