Learning Support Assistant

We work extensively with this particular school and are currently assisting in the recruitment of a dynamic Learning Support Assistant who can join their team of exited and committed staff.
Responsibilities
+ There will be an expectation for the successful Learning Support Assistant to create a safe and supportive learning environment with routines and structures that align with the school's core values.
+ The Learning Support Assistant recruited for this role will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure student continuously challenge themselves to improve.
+ The ideal candidate for this Learning Support Assistant role needs to be highly confident and able to support students from al different backgrounds.
+ The Learning Support Assistant chosen for this role will be responsible for working with a range of abilities and be comfortable catering to the broad needs of their students.

+ You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this role.
+ To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
