Full Job Description
- Provide targeted support to pupils, especially those with special educational needs, both in small groups and on a one-to-one basis
- Assist class teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Support the maintenance of a safe and positive learning environment

- Experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs (preferred but not essential as training is available)
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and use your own initiative
- Enthusiasm, resilience and a good sense of humour
