Full Job Description

  • Provide targeted support to pupils, especially those with special educational needs, both in small groups and on a one-to-one basis
  • Assist class teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
  • Support the maintenance of a safe and positive learning environment

    We are seeking to appoint a calm and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly and passionate team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our enthusiastic, friendly and well-behaved pupils who are eager to learn.,
  • Experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs (preferred but not essential as training is available)
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and use your own initiative
  • Enthusiasm, resilience and a good sense of humour
