Learning Support Assistant

Connaught Education is supporting a caring, vibrant, and exceptionally successful coeducational independent school in appointing a Learning Support Assistant. The position is an immediate start, dependent on notice period, and is a full-time, permanent contract.
The school in question is a dynamic independent school with small classes of highly engaged, happy young people who achieve well in all areas.
The appointed Learning Support Assistant will be working one-on-one with a neurodivergent boy in Key Stage 1. The child in question is very capable academically but needs assistance engaging with teaching to flourish.
The successful Learning Support Assistant will be appropriately qualified and have strong experience working with neurodivergent pupils.
