Full Job Description
We are looking for highly skilled Learning Support Assistant, to join our team and support children in our school. This may be supporting generally in class, or supporting children with additional learning needs working in small groups or on a 1:1 basis. The purpose of the role is to provide high quality learning support to individual and groups of children in order to meet a range of learning and behaviour needs. Our small staff team have worked closely together to build a friendly and supportive working environment where the children really do come first. We are seeking to appoint a caring, patient and understanding Learning Support Assistant who can support individuals and small groups to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
