Full Job Description
Learning Support Assistants required for an independent specialist provider of further education (16-25 year olds) on the outskirts of Swindon. The college provides students with a highly personalised curriculum, as well as opportunities to learn and progress through partnerships with local employers.

The ideal candidate will:
+ Possess a valid DBS on the update service (or we can process one for you).
+ Have existing experience of working with SEND, including Autism.
+ Would suit an empathetic and adaptable individual who is able to problem solve and stay calm under pressure.
+ Be able to easily build a rapport with young people and adults.
