Full Job Description

Great Oaks College is an expanding specialist independent college in its third year of operation. We are colocated within Oaklands School, a new state of the art, purpose built premises located in Gresham Road, Hounslow, close to Osterley Tube Station. However, in September 2025 we are relocating to a new building in Sunbury. The college provides further educational opportunities to students aged 19-24 with moderate, severe, profound and multiple learning difficulties or autism. We run three Pathways, Vocational, Life and Living and Engagement for Life We are looking to employ a Learning Support Assistant to our team. As well as being calm and patient, you will need a good team working skills and be passionate about supporting students with special educational needs. Applicants must be physically fit and willing to undertake all aspects of personal care including toileting and feeding.
