Learning Support Assistant

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work 1:1 or in small groups with students who have a range of special educational needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), challenging behaviour, and Down syndrome.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide tailored support to secondary-aged students, both 1:1 and in small groups, addressing their individual learning needs.
+ Assist pupils with SEN, including ASD, challenging behaviour, and Down syndrome.
+ Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
