Full Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join the learning support team at St Ann's Heath Junior School on a temporary contract. We are seeking to recruit an individual who is proactive and will be able to provide an excellent level of support to pupils in the school whilst the existing staff member is on maternity leave. The role will involve working on a one-to-one and small group basis with children with varying needs, under the supervision of the class teacher and SENCo. The role is full time, 08.45am - 3.15pm (term time only, plus three additional INSET days), 5 days per week commencing 24th February 2025. Duties will involve lunchtime supervision.

The post is on Surrey Pay Scale PS3.3 which currently has a full-time equivalent of £23,576. The actual pro rata salary will be £16,031, based on 28 hours and 45 minutes per week for 38.6 weeks per year (term-time only). Mid-morning break (15 minutes) and Lunch break (30 minutes) are unpaid.
