Full Job Description

Delivering 1:1 support in the classroom with the possibility of small group support.
Provision of appropriate additional learning support to learners with learning difficulties and disabilities.
Achievement of learning outcomes, by learners receiving additional learning support, as detailed in individual learning plans.
Good communication between learning support and curriculum staff resulting in seamless additional learning support delivered to all entitled learners in the most appropriate manner and location., The Company has experienced unprecedented growth over the past few years. We have a vast number of employees, and provide support to clients from all over the country.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for passionate, dedicated and skilled Learning Support Assistants based at our Southampton College Campus and also our Marine Skills Centre in Woolston.

Experience of supporting individuals to achieve their goals.
Well organised and hold an excellent range of communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft IT packages.
Qualifications:
Minimum GCSE grade 4 / C in English & Maths or equivalent.
Level 2 NVQ in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent desirable.
