Full Job Description
You will be integral to our Supported Learning service providing essential support to individual students with learning difficulties/disabilities. There are multiple roles available and we are happy to discuss flexible working in regards to the role.,
- Provide 1-1 in class support and whole assistance
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of support for a variety of subjects and for learners with learning difficulties and disabilities
- Support progress and attainment of learners with additional SEND/EHCPS to achieve success on their course of study.
- Provide personal care for students who require it.
- Provide sensory support to facilitate full access to the curriculum for DPH/VI/MSI students through direct and indirect support.
A committed and experienced Learning Support Assistant with learners with SEND - Level 2 in Functional Skills Maths and English or equivalent
- An excellent communicator and team player, eager to contribute to a multidisciplinary educational approach.
