Learning Support Assistant (Applied Behaviour Analysis Technician)

Using Applied Behaviour Analysis training you will provide support to a young person on a 1:1 basis and help to create a stimulating environment which supports learning.
About you:
You will be able to work independently in a pro-active and effective manner. You will be enthusiastic about ensuring that the young person reaches their potential by supporting consistently whilst recognising and responding to their individual needs.
What you will do:
+ Use ABA skills/training/experience to educate the pupil.
+ Assist with the development and implementation of interventions or specialist education plans.
+ Establish productive working relationships with the pupil, acting as a role model and setting high expectations.
+ Promote the inclusion and acceptance of the young person in their peer group.
