Learning Support Assistant (BR1)

Our partner school in Bromley (BR1) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support students' learning and development, particularly those with special educational needs.
Responsibilities include providing one-on-one or small group support, implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), assisting with classroom management, and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a patient and compassionate approach, and the ability to inspire and motivate students., + Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs.
+ Assist in the implementation of IEPs.
+ Support classroom management and organization.
+ Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
+ Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
+ Monitor and report on students' progress.

+ Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Patience, empathy, and a commitment to student success.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
+ Relevant qualifications in education or support work are desirable.
