Learning Support Assistant - Full-time

We require a Learning Support Assistant to join Victory Academy to provide support to our students. Working as directed by the SENCO with individual students and groups of students, supporting with the monitoring of progress for individuals. Due to the nature of the role a patient, caring and compassionate approach is needed. This post is suitable if you are looking to build your experience working with SEND pupils, but also current Teaching Assistants who are willing to undertake training and development related to the role. You will have the ability to work calmly under pressure and to adapt quickly and effectively to changing circumstances.
