Job Opportunity: Learning Support Assistant (Long-Term) - Primary School in Lambeth

What You ll Do:
+ Provide one-on-one and small group support for children with various learning needs.
+ Help children engage with the curriculum and develop key skills in literacy, numeracy, and beyond.
+ Assist the class teacher in creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
+ Be an encouraging presence in the classroom, helping children to build confidence, motivation, and independence.
+ Support children in developing social and emotional skills, promoting kindness and cooperation.
+ Celebrate every success, no matter how big or small you ll be the cheerleader they need!

+ A genuine passion for working with children and helping them reach their potential.
+ Patience, creativity, and a sense of fun (because learning should be exciting!).
+ Previous experience working with children is great, but we re also happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
+ The ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with both staff and pupils.
+ A good sense of humour after all, we re all here to have fun while learning!
