Are you dedicated to helping young learners succeed? We are seeking compassionate and motivated Learning Support Assistants to join our fantastic school community in Mitcham.
About the Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse learning needs. You ll work closely with teachers to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment, helping students build confidence and independence., + Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
+ Assist in the development and implementation of tailored learning plans.
+ Foster a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere.
+ Help students with social and emotional development.

+ A caring and enthusiastic individual with a passion for education.
+ Previous experience in a learning support role is a plus, but not essential.
