Read on!, Our school is looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to support pupils' learning in the classroom. This will take a variety of forms including working with individual children and small groups.

This role will include some lunchtime supervision. Weekly training takes place to support LSAs in their role., The school is committed to protecting our pupils from harm, actively promoting their welfare and ensuring that every child's safety is our paramount concern. At St Mary and All Saints, each member of staff is responsible for contributing to a positive culture of safeguarding. The school operates robust procedures in line with best practice safer recruitment. This includes online checks for candidates.

You will be enthusiastic, adaptable and personable with a passion for education and working with children.

Good reading, writing and mathematical skills are essential.

No school-based experience is necessary, just an openness to learn, be a valuable member of the team and to be committed to improving children's outcomes.
