As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to provide tailored support for children with additional learning needs. You'll help create an inclusive environment, offering both academic and emotional support to ensure every child can thrive and succeed. What You'll Do:

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with various learning needs.
• Assist with classroom activities and help maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Foster children's independence, confidence, and academic progress.
