What you'll do As a Learning support Lead you will align to the UK Learning strategy and will be responsible for leading the learning support team across the UK and VOIS. You will be accountable for the operational oversight, processes and management of all frontline UK learning queries, as well as overall ownership of reporting mechanisms, learner records and managing employee data.
- You will be responsible for all demand and delivery planning of resource requirements for all frontline UK training activity.
- Will be required to lead on internal and external audits relating to all learning support activity where necessary.
- Lead and manage a team of L&D co-ordinators, managing their day-to-day activity as well as supporting their personal growth and developing their skills and capability.
- Be responsible for maintaining relationships and service level agreements with VOIS as a managed service. Who you are
- Previous experience in Data analysis & reporting
- Understanding of L&D processes
- Experience in Training environments and journey testing.
- Understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS). Preferably Success Factors
- Well organised and able to self-manage with the ability to prioritise
- Effective at managing ambiguity and continuous change
